New Girls & Boys Sought

Due to unforseen circumstances Birkdale United were unable to put together an Under 10′s Girls football team for the 2008/2009 season. The club has been working hard to resolve this situation, so next season we will be able to continue forward in having an Under 11′s Girls football team. We would therefore like to invite players old and new to contact our club secretary Sharon Caul for more information, her details can be found on the committee page.

To be eligible to play for this team, players should ideally be in the current Year 5 Junior School.

Also we have a brand new Under 8′s Boys team whom are seeking to bolster the squad with a few new signings, the boys will play friendly games throughout the coming months to prepare themselves for the 2009/2010 season. Again contact this team should be made to club secretary Sharon Caul.

Boys whom are eligible to play for this team would ideally be in Year 3 Primary School.

All coaching and training is given by FA Qualified Coaches, all whom hold enhanced FA CRB clearance.
