New Players Needed!
June 22nd, 2010 by NoelWarhamBirkdale United AFC is looking for players for it’s teams for the new season, 2010-11. Players are welcome at all age groups, but at present we are particularly looking for:
- Under 16 Girls
- Open Age Ladies (especially a goalkeeper!)
- Under 8 Birkdale Falcons (Outfield and ‘Keeper)
- Under 12 Birkdale Black (Outfield and ‘Keeper)

I’m 17 was wondering if you had any spaces in the open age ladies team. I’m normally a striker/midfielder. Need to get fit and miss playing football properly. Experience- school, Formby Deensgate 7-11, briefly played for Merseyside U16s. I understand if it’s too late in the season to join. Thank you.

The Ladies team are now recruiting for next season, Holly. Training is Wednesday nights, 6:30-9pm at Bedford Park, Birkdale. You would be most welcome!
