About the club gives you information, our history page is a full desription of when Birkdale United was formed, how the club started by offering boys junior football in Birkdale, Southport. And then when the club introduced girls junior football into Birkdale, Southport. As teams have come through the club we have now grown and grown every year, even offering a mens football team and a youth female football team. And of course we are still based here in Birkdale, Southport.
Our sponsors page gives you information about exactly who sponsors our club kits, without them we simply would not have the kits that our male and female teams play in week in, week out. Many of our sponsors are locally based in Birkdale, and also many within the Southport area.
